Hello. I had signed up to creative cloud free trail for a school project. I had to present my project and i completely forgot to cancel my plan. Today I just completed my project so I dont need photoshop and illustrator no more but I got charged 67euros. How can i apply for a refound? I canceled my plan already but i dont know how to apply for a refound.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @kārlis_2869,

We hear you. Since you will be cancelling the subscription within 14 days, you will be eligible for full refund. I would advice to contact our support team and get the subscription cancelled and refund initiated. You can start a private conversation here: https://adobe.ly/41qesHW

as suggested by the expert @kglad above.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

your refund is automatic IF you cancelled during the refund period (which is within 1 week of the trial's end).  you can check https://account.adobe.com

if there's something incorrect there you can discuss with adobe support, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
