Question

Refund!

It clearly states at checkout that you have a 7-day free trial for the service and it will automatically refund if you cancel. I tried the service on Dec 24, cancelled on the 29th. It's already Jan 6 and I still haven't gotten the refund back. Where is my refund?

This company always proves how untrustworthy it is. Can't even talk to anyone about this anywhere.

Hi Angela,

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account details. As you mentioned, the cancellation was done within 14 days hence you are eligible for refund.
However, the refund has not been initiated yet. I would recommend you to start a private chat session with our support team and they'll help you with initiating a refund: https://adobe.ly/4h3WzDj

Ideally, the refund gets credited within 5-7 business days after that.

Let us know if you have any questions for us.
