I accidentally subscribed to Lightroom from a free trial, and I cancelled the plan. But I cannot find anywhere where I am supposed to contact regarding a refund for the yearly subscription. I have contacted the chat support and waiting for answer. What should I do? Is there an email adress?

Thanks for writing in, @melanie_2382. You will need to cancel the subscription first and then contact our support team for requesting refund. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to credit in your account.
