hello , I canceled my plan before but adope continued charging and get money from my visa card . Then , I asked from an agent about the problem and they assured me with fully refund  in 7 days . 10 days passed already but I haven't got my money back yet . Can someone help me with this problem

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
