    ie, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html?linkId=100000254860002

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    Hi @katie_4902,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking on our end, we can confirm that you previously had both an Acrobat Pro plan and the AI Assistant for Acrobat plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that both subscriptions have now been successfully canceled.

As you mentioned that you had canceled a plan but were still being charged, please note the following:

The plan you canceled earlier was the AI Assistant for Acrobat. However, the charges continued because the Acrobat Pro plan remained active under your Adobe ID. Upon checking, we can confirm that the Acrobat Pro plan was also canceled on July 2.

Since this was a monthly plan and the cancellation was made within the initial 14-day window, a refund has been initiated by Adobe. The refunded amount should be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

For more information about monthly subscription terms and refunds, you can refer to the following article:

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,
    ^AN

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

If you have an outstanding payment or payment method issues, you won't be able to cancel until those are resolved.
