Dear adobe employee

I cancelled my subscription and still got money taken from my bank account and i would like to request  a refund. Altough it does not appear on my account that i cancelled it so maybe there was an error in the system? Im not that familliar with adobe an i just wanted to try it with the free trial.

then you should have (from adobe) both email confirmations of

 

your trial start

your cancellation

 

what are those email dates?
