I was to get a refund back in June & have never gotten my refund?!

We appreciate your patience. I’d like to inform you that the refund was successfully issued on July 2nd. Typically, it takes 10–12 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please also note that due to the July 4th holiday, there may have been a slight delay in processing by financial institutions.
