  1. Hi adobe, I cancelled my subscription the day after I was charged and I saw it said that I would get a refund. I've waited well over a week and I haven't heard anything back and the refund never came. I tried contacting support but I couldn't find anywhere to do so. I hope to hear back from you so we can sort this out

To add to kglad's answer, when you get the Chat window open, type AGENT. That connects you to a live person as opposed to the AI. Be aware that thanks to the pandemic, response times are slowed. Please be polite to the agents; like all of us, they are under a lot of stress.
