Hi i am trying to get a refund for auto renewal i didnt know I had. I cant get onto anyone on 24/7 chat. Can you please help? Thanks

Hi I cancelled subscription same day I opted but looks it didn’t go through some reason and I still got charged today and I signed in I was still active and I cancelled it and I’m still within 14 days will I get refund?

You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial

What a ripoff. You make it impossible to cancel or get a refund.

it’s easy to cancel and refunds are automatic if you cancel within the refund period.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
