Refund after cancellation of free trial

Hi, I forgot to cancel my free trial subscription within the 7 day period. But i didn't use any feature in that time period either. Since i forgot to cancel, i was charged on February 8th. But i cancelled right away. According to the refund policy, i should get a refund right. Please let me know.

I can confirm that the subscription has been successfully cancelled and a refund has been initiated on Feb 11, 2026. Ideally it takes 14 days for the refund to get processed.

Could you check with your bank about the credit details?

Please keep the thread updated if you have received the refund already.

Thank you for your reply.

I checked with my bank today; however, the refund has not yet been credited to my account, and there are no pending transactions showing either according to the bank. Could you please look into this for me?

Thanks for confirming. I checked again and there is no problem mentioned to the refund process.
