Refund after Cancellation of ongoing plan

I have been subscribed to the adobe creative cloud for 1 year now and was recently billed to pay for it again. I immediately cancelled the subscription as people have said that if you cancel within 14 days of the payment you are refunded, but nothing has come back. please help.

if you qualify. refunds are automatic if you qualify.  they take up to 14 days.  meanwhile,  check your account to confirm it shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com

@JBediting did you cancel a subscription under a different account? You successfully canceled the subscription you started in mid-February, and your cancellation request from yesterday was processed. 

 

As you stated, any refunds issued will take up to 14 days from when you requested to cancel your commitment. the 14 day cancellation period is for your initial trial, not your renewal. ie, to cancel a renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date.

The refund reflects in the bank in around 2 weeks. Just make sure that you got a confirmation email that the cancellation was successful so that you can follow up with Adobe support if the refund is not credited to you within this period.
