Refund and Subscription Cancellation Request
I had two previous refund requests that were approved, and I was told the refunds would be credited to my account, but neither of them has been received.
On top of that, my card was charged again even though my Adobe account currently shows NO active or paid subscription.
This is an unauthorized charge.
I request:
– A full status check and completion of the two pending refunds
– An immediate full refund for the latest charge made without an active subscription
– Confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card
If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a bank chargeback.
