Refund Auto renewal Creative Cloud

Dear Adobe Team,

I see that a few hours ago an auto renewal fee was taken from my credit card. I cancelled the subscription right away. As per Adobe's refund policies, I would like to request a refund for the charge. 
 

PS - You normally send an email about a month before regarding the renewal but this time I am afraid failed to inform me.

    The same thing happened to me. I had cancelled my monthly Adobe subscription in December 2025 and now I got charged but I didn’t even reactivated the account. And then when I went to cancel it right now it asked me for a $19.99 cancellation fee. I have already posted this issue here in this community Q&A

    and it was noted that you failed to complete the cancellation process.  that’s why you were charged.
