Refund, Cancel Subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but instead have been directed on new plans  I have not been using this service and today I see you have changed and taken a huge amount of money.  I have not managed to cancel my subscription and I need my refund  Thanks

    try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

    Hi ​@BOBBYG if you are unable to self cancel the plan then contact Adobe Support and ask for it. You would get a refund if you are in the eligible window
