I was under the impression I completed my cancellation yeasterday. Yet I was still charged. Will I get a full refumd?

Please contact support and tell them your problem, they will help you with the cancellation fees waiver as much as they can.  Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
