    Hi @Friendly_Luminary3404

I understand your concern, especially after cancelling a subscription and expecting the billing to stop.

I reviewed your account and can see that you had two separate subscriptions: Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. While the AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription has been cancelled, your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription is still active, which is why you’re continuing to see a charge and did not receive a refund for that subscription.

Since your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription is currently 8 days old, you still have 6 days remaining within the 14-day cancellation period to cancel it and be eligible for a full refund, based on the applicable subscription terms.

If you no longer wish to continue with Acrobat Pro, please sign in to https://adobe.ly/47D1tVn, review your active plans, and proceed with the cancellation.

You can also review the Adobe subscription and cancellation terms here: https://adobe.ly/4zZ6Fiv

Please go ahead with the cancellation if you no longer wish to use the product, and let us know if you have any questions. We’ll be happy to help.

Refunds are automatically processed within 10-14 business days subject to applicability. For refund rules check https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html
