Refund doesn’t work.

I would like to get a refund on the abo, Adobe charged me for 7 days ago. I m not getting any use out of it. The ai chat sadly isn't helpful at all. 
the Adobe website claims that you can get refunded 14 days after purchase. The website doesn't give an transparent way how I manage to get my money back.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
