Refund fee
To Adobe Customer Service,
I purchased the PS application from Adobe with a one-month plan. One day before the end of my plan, a monthly plan was automatically started. I am objecting to this and want to cancel my plan.
According to Adobe's subscription and cancellation terms, subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user. However, I object to this situation because the automatic renewal was made only one day before the end of my plan.
In addition, the automatic start of a monthly plan even though I purchased a one-month plan also happened without my permission. Therefore, I request that the fee arising from this situation be refunded to me.
