Refund for a cancelled subscription

I just noticed that I was charged for your services during July and August ,

I don't use your services during that period and I am sure that when I did , I used the free of charge services

Obviously I cancelled the subscription but I want to be refunded

Is there a link where I can make a refund request ?

    We appreciate you reaching out.

    I reviewed your account info and found that you subscribed to two Adobe plans, Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat respectively.

    Though you cancelled Acrobat Pro, the AI Assistant for Acrobat remained active. This is the reason you are seeing those charges.

    Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since your plan is over a month old, it is not eligible for refund.
