Refund for Adobe Creative Cloud subscription

Hello! 

I would like to make a refund of my money, as yesterday there was a payment for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, and today I have already canceled the subscription and did not use the applications.

How can I manage to do it?

    Thank you for posting your query here.

     

    Since you have already cancelled the Subscription online, just before you see the Cancellation confirmation screen, it must have showed the Refund amount and that it takes close to 5 Business days to credit the refund in your account.

    Hello, I have rashly pressed the cancellation without reading the next step, can i still receive a refund if i reactivate

    qualifying for a refund isn't related to whether you later start another subscription.  and you can never restart the same subscription.  ie, once a subscription/trial is cancelled it can not be restarted.

    once you cancel, you'll generally see a refund to your account (account.adobe.com) within 3 business days.
