Refund for canceling subscription after two days

I did a month-month student plan.

Just to be clear for others:

There is no month to month student plan.  The student plan is an annual commitment paid monthly.

you meant to state your subscription was cancelled without your knowledge?

We appreciate you reaching out and found that your subscription got cancelled in 10days. You are eligible for refund as per guidelines because the subscrption was cancelled within 14 days.

Also, I'd like to mention that Adobe offers trial for 7days. I'm not sure if you got 30 days trial under any specific offer.
