refund for Creative Cloud Subscription

Hello, I got a charge for the renewal of the Creative Cloud Subscription on 19th January on my credit card, this is unintended and I would like a full refund. I just cancelled the renewal but no refund was mentioned. Is there someone I need to contact? Thanks

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
