Recently my subscription on AE was automatically payed, though I wanted to cancel it. I don't even use AE now in the first place, so I cancelled it, but money didn't return. Is there a way to fully cancel subscription for already paid month?
you should cancel just prior to the renewal date.
but, even now, you can make your case to adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
