Hi i need help , someone is using my bank card info to buy products from adobe. Where i need to write to solve this problem, i call police and my bank , they say that they cant help me because its a online purchase and they canot deakk with that.

You need to dispute the charges with your card provider. You need to cancel your card and get a new one. And you need to go to the police and make a complaint.

 

You need, however to be sure, that it was not you taking a test subscription and forgetting to cancel in time.
