Hello, please help. I Cancelled a trial program right on the same day 17th of April. I also got an confirmaion email, only to just see right now( when I got a message from my bank that adobe pulled some money !) That it got never cancelled, I just did it again? Whats happening???? Please help as my Emails come back.

that screenshot doesn't show a cancellation because you failed to include a key element at the bottom. but assuming it does continue to say you cancelled, were's the email about your start date?

I think it cam through now.. I was waiting for chat KI to send me info for the opening hours for a human. I think its fixed. merci
