Refund Inquiry

I subscribed Photoshop for a month and then changed to annual plan right away.

Basically I've paid twice for the first month, so I should get refund for the first 30,800 won but there's no refund bill generated in my invoice list.

Can you check if I will get a full refund on this, and probably also how long it will take?
