Refund ISSUE
Hello, I’m trying to get in contact with someone regarding my subscription and would like a phone number I can call for assistance.
I previously canceled my subscription, but I noticed that money was still withdrawn from my account on April 20, 2026. When I checked the app, it appeared that the subscription had not actually been canceled at that time. I have since gone back in and made sure it is fully canceled before the 14-day trial period ends.
I’d like to know if I will be refunded for this charge, and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. Please provide a contact number or further instructions as soon as possible.
