Refund ISSUE

Hello, I’m trying to get in contact with someone regarding my subscription and would like a phone number I can call for assistance.

I previously canceled my subscription, but I noticed that money was still withdrawn from my account on April 20, 2026. When I checked the app, it appeared that the subscription had not actually been canceled at that time. I have since gone back in and made sure it is fully canceled before the 14-day trial period ends.

I’d like to know if I will be refunded for this charge, and what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. Please provide a contact number or further instructions as soon as possible.

    your screenshot appears to show a subsciption made via a mobile app store.  if that’s true, that’s who you should contact.

     

    if you subscribe via adobe.com and cancel a monthly subscription within the trial period, refunds take up to 14 days, but your screenshot does not appear to show that is true.

    refunds are automatic, if you qualify.  meanwhile, confirm you have no subscriptions by rechecking your account.

    How long do refunds typically take? I made sure to cancel my subscription, but it’s showing that it won’t end until 2027. I don’t plan to continue using the service and would like to request a refund.
