I am yet to receive my refund for monthly creative cloud subscription and illustrator. I cancelled the illustrator plan before trial period ended. And it has been more than a week now but the refund it not inittiated yet. Please help me I'm a student and am stressed over this issue.

Hi Kanikas,

Yes I checked the bank statements and found out it was refunded. Didn't get any notifications on my phone so I was confused. Thankyou so very much for the swift reply , I hope you have a happy dayy!! 🌷💫
