I did not sign up for annual subscriptions I signed up for one year and one year only. I even changed my debit card so you should not have the ability to charge it. Give me my money back period.

You need to go through the required process to stop subscriptions from renewing.

Here is the page on cancellng a trial or subscription:
https://helpx.adobe.com/au/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You could talk to an Adobe agent about your situation and perhaps they can help with a happy resolution.

* Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
* In the chat area (lower right), type AGENT.

* Wait patiently for a real person to start talking and then you can explain your situation.

Note - people here are generally volunteers rather than Adob staff. We can't issue refunds. We can only help in directing you to where you can get the right support for this type of thing.

Wish you all the best.

for others, subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary date.  if you want to cancel that renewal, set a personal reminder on your calendar and a few days before the renewal, cancel:

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support by using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
