refund my subscription..

I canceled my subscription on 25 Jan after a trial of 7 days, I haven't any benefits, and canceled directly and need to refund my payment, 

how i can contact with hidden service team and get away from stupid automatic chat?

Only Adobe Customer Care can assist with refunds for the trial you canceled after 7 days. No one on this forum can see your billing details.

Since you've tried this before, get a case number at the start of the chat and ask for tier 2 support
