Refund my subscriptions for the past two years. Free trial should not charge me money for two years.

I have been charged for 2 years for adobe. Charges for 19.99 and 4.99 a months for two years. Please refund all money back to my account. A free trial is FREE, and this is scummy business practices, and cause for a lawsuit. Fix the problem, refund my money, thank you.

    I understand this can be a bit confusing. It looks like there are active subscriptions for Acrobat Pro and Acrobat AI Assistant (currently set to cancel) under the ID you’re using with the community.

    If you haven’t been using these subscriptions, it's best to reach out to Adobe Support so they can review your account and assist you further. You can contact them using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

    They were cancelled, yet still charged, how do I get my refund?

    The free trial is for SEVEN days, with seven more days grace period to cancel… if you do not cancel within 14 days the trial becomes a paid subscription, and the subscription renews until you cancel
