Hi, I've canceled my plan yesterday and it told me I have a guaranteed refund if I canceled within 14 days, which I did. But the money isn't on my account, am I still getting my refund?

Hi Ruth,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, the refund was initiated on November 15, 2024. The transaction usually takes 5-7 business days.
I would advice you to wait till that time and contact your bank if it takes longer than that.
The process has initiated from our end. Let us know if you still have any questions.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through Twiter: @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device.
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.

in the future, if you eed to contact support:

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

As far as I know I canceled it before the trial period ends (Nov. 15) but they still billed me yesterday so I canceled it right away again.
