Refund, now please

I had a free trial back before January that I didn't really use, but I cancelled it before it could bill me anything. I just checked my bank account and saw a recent charge of $10.17 from Adobe. I would like to know why I'm being charged after I cancelled it. I have been charged 3 separate times amounting to over $30. And it's very difficult to speak with a real person apparently because I can't find the help I need. Please give me an email contact for a real person so I can get this fixed now.

Maybe you didn't correctly cancel? No panic, you need to contact Adobe customer care. And it is effortless to get someone to chat with. Type "agent" to kick the AI bot and get a human on the line. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

It's worth noting that stopping using the software, or uninstalling it, or deleting Creative Cloud from your computer do NOT cancel.
