Refund of a Canceled Subscription

I canceled my subscription (ended on 5/13/26), yet I was charged $20.93 on 5/25/26.

 

Please advise.

I can confirm that the subscription is still active. You will need to complete the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to cancel the subscription, ​@Moon081.

Thank you for your quick response. 

I didn’t realize I had two separate Acrobat subscriptions active at the same time: Reader & Pro.

Could you please let me know what Adobe’s credit or refund policy is for overlapping subscriptions like this?
