Refund of a cancelled subscription
Hello,
I subscribed a year ago an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription which was reconducted recently and I immediatly cancelled it when I saw the order. Moreover that I payed back then LL 356,400 (equivalent to $3.98) and now the invoice is established at $419.88...
So, as of now, #1 I don't want to use Adobe Creative Cloud anymore and I don't have access to the services anyway because I cancelled it #2 I have been charged of $419.88 # 3 I can't access any support because "I don't have an active subscription".
Does someone have any clue of how I can get refunded asap please (I am a student so I can't afford that much billing).
