Hello

I need help with getting a full refund on an automatic payment taken today by Adobe on yearly creative cloud subscription.

I do not authorize this and was not asked for confirmation.

Terrible customer support, it's appealing that Adobe conducts their business in such a way and are still in business. Very difficult to get hold of customer support, no doubt a design feature.

Do I really have to open a PayPal dispute over this???

If you read the terms that you agreed to, it stated that it would automatically renew and that you had a window of time to cancel it.

Adobe may refund you. Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

If it's within 14 days of the initial charge for your subscription, then you can get a full refund with no questions asked:

What Is Adobe's Refund & Return Policy? A Money-Back Guarantee

(Important: Note it is only for the initial month... If you have been charged before for this subscription, then it's past the refund window and an early termination fee would apply for an annual plan.)

You can dispute, but I don't think that will help... when you entered your credit card you agreed to the terms

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... See this page for more information, including a yellow highlited section from the subscription page https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/adobe-subscription-is-a-rip-off/td-p/12648724

This space is provided by Adobe, but it is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
- or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
