Question

Refund on Plan

My university allocated me a license for the plan with all apps, but at the same time my plan that I was paying for was about to renew itself about 2 weeks later. So I acquired the license from my university and canceled my plan so I was planning to cancel the plan before the new billing date anyways. This was in September and I had no problems as I was not getting billed and assumed my plan was canceled. I find out today that I have been charged for the plan I thought I canceled and I am locked into another year subscription. I have only been charged for the month of November as my university was paying for the months that remained for the school year which ended this month.

I was wondering if I could cancel my plan and be refunded the amount I have payed since I canceled the plan before the new billing date but got locked into the subscription.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

You need to contact Adobe. Warning: Adobe will NOT contact you. So anyone who does contact you is a FAKE. They are everywhere, clever and persuasive.
