Refund on subscription

Hi, I accidentally subscribed to a full year subscription, I forgot to cancel during the seven day trial as I had no intention of using the app. Will I be able to get a refund?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    if you canceled during the additional 7days after the trial ended, yes.

     

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



    if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    Dallas, in addition to Kglad's response, please make sure to sign in under the account you used to subscribe to the Adobe service or software. There are no active subscriptions or recent purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

     

    Once you have signed in under the account that is evaluating the service or software offering, then you can complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/44gngkO to cancel most subscriptions. ^JW
