HELLO! CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO GET A REFUND OF THIS ORDER NUMBER AD02397900847CPH ? I DID NOT INTEND TO PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION. I ALREADY CANCELED IT WITHIN 14 DAYS BUT I HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE AND IT WILL STILL EXPIRE NEXT MONTH. HOW TO GET REFUND OF THIS. PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND KEEP SAFE.

you can contact adobe support and make your case. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
