 Request for Refund – Subscription Cancelled Immediately After Purchase

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for a subscription I purchased  I cancelled the subscription, but the payment amount was still deducted from my account.

Details

 

  • Reason: Subscription cancelled immediately and no services used
  • Adobe Account Email:<personal info removed by mod>
  • Transaction ID / Order Reference:<info removed by mod>

As I have not used any of your apps or services and cancelled the subscription almost immediately, I kindly request you to process a full refund of the deducted amount at the earliest.

Yep this subscription amount not refunding that refund request also they are cancelled

I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with the community. The subscription is cancelled, and a refund was also issued. You will get the refund in your account within 12-14 business days.

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
