Hello 6 days ago I asked for a refund I never thought this company would delay like this so unfair so disappointing and no communication at all like they don't care

adobe sends an email when you cancel.  check your spam folder.

When you cancel a new subscription inside 14 days from the start you will get a refund... refunds take up to 14 business days
