I cancelled my subscription 1 day after i was charged, I never received an email confirming that i would be refunded. I know the policy is if the subscription was cancelled before 14 days into the billing cycle you will get a refund processed. I just wanted to make sure I will receive a refund.

    A refund is if you cancel a TRIAL in 14 days… and that is only if you have never had a previous trial

    Yeah I guess, I hit cancel and it says I have access for the next 29 days. There’s no active subscription to manage anymore
