Refund related question

I thought it was supposed to be a one-week free trial, but I just got charged for a whole month. It’s really frustrating because it said “free trial” and I didn’t expect to pay anything yet.

 

Can you refund me and explain what happened?

    you must cancel your subscription within the refund period.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    Free trials roll into an annual plan if you don’t cancel. You didn’t say if you cancelled or not. See this page for details:

    I have already cancelled the subscription, but why was I charged a full month’s fee when you stated that the one-week trial is free?
