refund request
Hello Support,
I am writing to request a refund for unexpected charges on this adobe account.
On November 12, 2025, SHINSEGAE I&C INC granted me access through corporate subscription plan, and I cancelled my personal subscription at that time. However, I was subsequently charged on:

I did not use my personal adobe account during this period, as I was covered under the corporate plan. I now double checked that I have now cancelled all services for sure.
I request a full refund for these charges above, as they appear to have been billed in error. Please let me know what information you need to process this refund.
