Refund Request

Hello,

I just cancelled my creative cloud plan right after I was charged. Could I get a full refund? I was unaware that my rate would double this month as if went from $19.99 to $39.99 for April. Please let me know if I can get my money back.

    When you cancel in no more that 14 days during a TRIAL you get a refund

     

    When you have a subscription you do not get a refund if you do not cancel before the renewal happens

    I would recommend inquiring with your educational institution, ​@MaxSkelton, to see if they offer their own Creative Cloud plan. Most organizations offer a larger discount and better compatibility with other users of the plan than you will find with a separate individual subscription.
