I used premiere pro for 2 months (monthly payments) but i forgot to cancel it. Yesterday my card was charged for month of April. I canceled my subscription right after because i do not need it anymore. Could i get a refund for April ? Even if that means to not having access to premiere anymore.
You only get a refund if you are charged and cancel in no more than 14 days from the start of a trial
Once your trial becomes a subscription at the end of 14 days there is no refund… you will, in fact, be charged one half of the remaining subscription time
