I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription.  I noticed a credit card charge on April 24

As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

    I am sorry you did not find more value in our services, ​@Cgggvbfbd . I can confirm that you successfully self-canceled all four of your recent subscriptions. As mentioned by ​@kglad any refunds that are due will be made available within 14 days.

    It still says plan will expire on May 22 which means the plan is still active

    meanwhile, I cancelled 3 days after the billing date which makes me Elifid a refund

    I already cancelled the subscription but nothing to notify me that a refund has been issued or is being processed

    refunds are automatic, if you qualify, and take up to 14 days to complete.
