Hi Adobe Support, I really need help urgently. 

 

I was charged ₱3,550 for an Adobe Scan yearly subscription without any notice or proper confirmation from me. This was deducted directly from my GCash, and I only found out while I was on my way home to pay for my rent. I’m a working student, and that money was all I had saved for today from my work to pay my rent. 

Please, I hope my situation can be understood. I did not knowingly purchase this subscription and I really need the full amount refunded as soon as possible. I’m truly stressed and overwhelmed right now.

I would be so grateful for any help you can give.

Krystal, I am sorry but I don't see any active subscriptions or recent transactions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/48ZPvGG for information on how to locate the account where you are being charged by Adobe.

 

If the purchase was made through an App store, then you will need to process any requests through them, per Kglad's previous suggestion. ^JW

Thank you for your response. I just want to clarify—when you mentioned that if the purchase was made through an app store, then I need to request a refund through them, does that mean if the subscription was made through the Google Play Store, I should contact Google directly and not Adobe for the refund?
