I subscribed to the 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro + AI Assistant for Acrobat and was charged €32.87 immediately on December 12. I canceled the subscription within 3 days and received a cancellation confirmation email, but no refund was mentioned. I checked my bank account and there is no refund in it.
Could you please help me with this issue?

You mean Adobe virtual assistant? He said : I don't see a pending refund linked to <email removed-kglad>

you can bypass the bot.  and don't post personal info in these public forums.
