Hello, I’m LJ. 

I’d like a refund i’m not even using this acc now and i checked the the plan and it is connected here in this acc. i’m not even using this since then. And the worst part is the payment was from my tuition exactly tmr. I badly need it because idk where to get the money anymore. Thank you so much in advance.

    1. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.

    2. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 1+ month.

    3. AI Assistant for Acrobat (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.

    As per Adobe’s policy, refund can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes your account ineligible for refund.
    If you do not wish to use the application, I would recommend you to clear the pending dues and proceed with cancellation. Please follow these articles for more details:
